ODP Architecture and Design provides its clients a full range of professional services including Architecture, Interior Design, Custom Furniture Design, FF&E Selection and Procurement. ODP Architects has partnered with Zaha Hadid Architects (London) to provide services on the 58 story residential tower, “1000 Museum by Zaha Hadid”; Foster and Partners (London, New York and Cupertino) on the 90 Story Brickell Bay Residences and the Aventura Apple Flagship store. Additionally, ODP is Architect of Record for the 58 story Paramount Miami World Center and a number of other South Florida Skyscraper projects with renowned international firms that have yet to be announced.

ODP Architecture and Design is currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to manage the firm’s integrated marketing efforts and business development.

Working in conjunction with the firm’s architects and interior designers, this position will develop and design media to promote the firm’s projects and marketing efforts.

The scope of the job includes, but is not limited to ODParchitects.com homepage updates, updates of social media platforms, hardcopy marketing materials, marketing emails and quarterly newsletters. The position will create marketing presentations, assist in the creation of sales proposals, and attend client presentations, trade shows and business development trips.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of design capabilities and experience but must have a solid understanding of print/digital design and photography. He/she must have an expert-level understanding of Adobe Programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign as well Microsoft program such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the visual aspect of ODP Studio presentation. Ability to generate creative concepts, selecting images and design elements, manipulating graphics, providing draft visuals for review, presenting to marketing and business leadership, executing revisions and providing final deliverables.

· Project management: Forecasts project timelines and ensures on-time completion, quality assurance, and simultaneous projects.

· Design or apply standard templates to support Architectural and Interior Design operations; update as necessary

· Maintains a library of logos, icons, infographics, and templates.

· Collaborates with marketing team and subject matter experts.

· Ensures quality assurance of all projects. Stays current on design trends and best practices.

· Analyze, research and respond to design briefs creatively, effectively, intelligently. Build relationships with project teams to determine needs and desired outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Communications or related discipline

· 5+ years of graphic design / marketing experience.

· Adobe Creative Suite expert: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD; · Adobe Premiere and After Effects a plus. ·

· Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word

· Ability to work independently and be a team player

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Collaborative, open to giving feedback in a constructive way

· Open to growth, to receiving instructions and feedback with an open mind

· Knowledge of typography, color theory, elements of design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
