Position Summary:

The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original artwork and design for visual solutions that are aligned with the company’s brand strategy, such projects include but are not limited to digital publications, Core-Mark Website, Social media posts via all channels, animation, advertising, and all other related digital collateral in support of the enterprise. Additionally, responsible for the migration, organization, and maintenance of a digital asset management system accessible to enterprise stakeholders; familiarity with media production (video for supporting town halls and podcasts; and working in tandem with all other marketing resources and external agency partners. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

This position offers a hybrid work from home schedule with a requirement to work in-office in Westlake, TX at least three days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of digital assets supporting collateral, website, social media, and online publications as well as supporting email campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Initiation, organization, and management of digital asset management system
  • Experience and familiarity with video and editing equipment and podcast execution
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of multiple software platforms related to creation and execution of digital material
  • Collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders on a project to ensure goal achievement
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for ads, brochures, signage, banners, emails, flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and other artwork
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or similar field of study
  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience with illustration and concept layout design
  • Experience with full Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and Audition.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems such as Canto or other similar systems
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Sketch or other programs
  • Illustration and design experience with a strong portfolio of work
  • Familiarity with photography and videography production is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to develop robust marketing campaign design systems and style guides
  • Must be able to collaborate and receive constructive feedback
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlines
