Job description
Kumon of Sherman Oaks is hiring. The position entails 2~4 shifts per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (2:30 to 6:30 pm) in-person at the center. Tutoring experience is preferred. Highly preferred candidates will have previously completed Algebra 2, Statistics or equivalent. This is not a seasonal position. Minimum of 1 year commitment required.
The job involves grading, interacting with students, tutoring and some clerical work. Starting pay is $16.50. The position has room for increased shifts based on seniority and length of time with company.
