Job Description


Job Objective

This position is responsible for the successful delivery of services to consumers between the ages of 14-24, specifically at it pertains to the Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program (CCEMP) by following any requirements of program or funding criteria. Carries out the Mission Statement of Marion Goodwill.


Essential Job Functions

The ideal candidate for this position should be able to successfully:

  • Provide case management, direction and career counselling to consumers to assist with identifying skills, developing appropriate vocational goals and mentoring by methods including but not limited to:
    • Maintaining continuous contact with the consumer during services and developing plans for follow-up services.
    • Providing advocacy or non-instructional intervention that promotes adjustments to the work environment by assuring that the consumer’s work related needs are met and that rights and dignity are safe-guarded.
    • Participate in goal planning and case reviews for each consumer, as requested.
    • Develop individualized task analysis and special training strategies based on the consumer’s capabilities and job training needs.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma; experience preferred.
  • team orientation
  • First aid CPR certified (training provided)
  • Able to pass criminal background screening requirements in accordance with Goodwill policy and procedures.
  • Ability to pass alcohol/drug screening
  • Driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance provider and adequate personal liability insurance
