Depending on weather, may start mid-April to May 1st and work through October 31. Pay rate is $10.50 per hour.

Essential Functions:

• Greet golf course guests entering the pro shop in a friendly and timely manner
• Set up tee times and collect greens fees or cart fees on Light Speed
• Restock merchandise as necessary
• Maintain an accurate cash bank at all times and deposits money as established
• Assist with golf outings and tournaments
• Assist with Snack Bar sales as needed depending on business levels
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Pick up practice range balls from the driving range and keep range ball supply stocked in the golf shop, when needed.
• Load, unload and clean guests’ golf clubs and storing clubs in club storage area when needed
• Depending on the shift, ensure golf carts are pulled from cart barn for
• Minor cleaning in and around the Pro Shop as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older required due to alcohol sales
• Knowledge of golf course operations is desired.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work any shift, weekends and holidays
• Must have a professional, courteous and friendly manner
• Previous cash handling/customer service experience
• Must be able to occasionally bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, crouch, kneel and repeatedly carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks within service time frames established by the company
