Our new Golf Shop Leader at St. Croix National is the hospitality face of our exciting new clubhouse now under construction. Opening this April, just five miles east of Stillwater. The new clubhouse will feature a place where golfers gather and families visit regularly - drawn by the beauty of the valley, award winning golf, patio, simulators and high quality of food and drinks.

This new role is responsible for everything the customer experiences from the check-in, on the turn, to our 19th hole. Our leader will form a partnership with our other talented team members, to ensure a quality experience. Our well-trained, positive staff creates a welcoming and professional experience under the guidance of this new leader.

From the picturesque golf course, to the new 18 hole putting course, massive patio outside with 4 hitting mats to our signature 19th hole, 4 golf simulators, billiard area, well-stocked bar, coffee counter and grab and go station, once the golfer and visitor enters, we want them to be surrounded by a well-orchestrated experience.

In addition, this leader will sell and manage corporate tournaments and events, merchandising the proshop inventory, monitoring GPS tracking for pace, taking reservations, checking in golfers and overseeing the 19th Hole.

The successful leader we hire will have the following skills and leader experience:

• Over 3 years in the golf industry with increasing level of responsibility
• A proven track record of managing strong customer and staff rapport
• POS system experience sufficient to managing an inventory
• Experience writing and managing schedules
• Time as a trainer and/or supervisor
• Management experience a plus
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with a team of leaders dedicated to Hospitality
• Upper level schooling in golf management a plus
• Sales and management a plus
• Familiar with booking software and POS

Salary: $55K annually, plus bonus as negotiated.

Schedule: Full time-all year. 5 day work week and as seasonal schedule demands for golf and events; some longer weeks expected, especially as we open this location in Spring to accommodate training and set-up.
