The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for the institutional oversight of all undergraduate, graduate, and continuing medical education programs at Albert Einstein Health Network. Position will be responsible for the management of Office of Academic Affairs operations at Einstein Philadelphia campus and all centralized residency program functions in support of departmental mission and responsibilities.


The position will have oversight of the administrative functions of the Jefferson Faculty Appointment process for Faculty in Academic Affairs.


Oversight of MA Enrollment Electronic Process for all Residents and fellows, including administrative approval, monitoring, distribution, reports, and policy adaptations.


This position will serve as Manager for all administrative functioning for over 406 residents and fellows, including PRISM management, tracking house staff training irregularities, and will be a liaison to Human Resources in this regard.

The position will serve as J-1 TPL to ECFMG. Has content expertise in visa processing.

Will be involved in recruitment processes for residents/learners and orientation processes.


This position also serves as residency coordinator for AEMC graduate medical education programs residency programs as assigned by Office of Academic Affairs. Additionally, this position will provide administrative coordinator support functions to all programs and will assist in new coordinator training as needed. He/she assists the Residency Program Director(s) in the planning and development of policies and procedures relating to the educational programs and ensures compliance with all external review agencies.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in education or business or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of Graduate Medical Education preferred; must have experience with GME residency coordination and complete familiarity with ACGME Accreditation requirements.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Complete familiarity with computers and database management is required. He/she will be able to handle confidential information and exercise
