Job description
We are looking for employees to participate in standard warehouse operations and processes in our food-grade manufacturing facility. Warehouse worker responsibilities include packing bags, stacking boxes, cleaning, lifting, standing, fast-paced line assembly, and storing materials. Shifts available are 1st shift (4am until 4pm) and 2nd shift (4pm until 4am). We also have a weekend shift for 1st (4am to 4pm) and 2nd (4pm to 4am). Employees are offered health, dental, and vision insurance after 90-day probationary period and PTO after one year.
Starting pay for standard warehouse employee is $12.50 per hour with opportunity to increase to $14.00 after probationary period. Starting pay rate for Machine Operators is negotiable with past experience but must have at least 3 years verifiable references to start as a Machine Operator.
All new employees are required to attend mandatory 3-hour orientation before beginning work on the floor.
