Jans Corporation is a Commercial Contractor located in Sioux Falls, SD. Jans Corporation has experienced steady growth since inception by increasing sales volume, personel, equipment, and the ability to provide quality services for a large variety of construction projects - and that's why we need YOU!
Jans Corporation is hiring full-time General and Skilled Laborers to join our Field Crew! We are looking for reliable and experienced individuals to join our team and continue to learn more about this ever-evolving industry and work for a growing company that is changing the landscape of our community and region. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following the proper industry procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment when necessary.
Job Functions:
- General clean up
- Demo
- Carpentry work
- Assist in other areas as needed
Requirements:
- Experience is preferred, but not required - willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be willing to do inside and outside work.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 10%).
- Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
Hours - A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.
