General Managers are accountable for leading profitable operations of their store. General Managers are responsible for executing the focal points of the store, which include: Customer Service, Stock, Store appearance, and staffing of the store.
As a (GM) not two days are the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

- Create a user-friendly experience
- Manage your staff to excel and grow in any role while anticipating staffing needs both short-term and long-term.
- Personalize recognition and appreciation to reinforce a "team-first" mindset.
- Address store needs(emergency, regulatory visits)
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of retail experience, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store.
- 1 year or more of management experience in a retail environment of at least 5-10 employees.
- Flexible hours-including but not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft office.
