BGR Hospitality is a franchisee of Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza. We are looking to build dynamic, successful management teams, provide career advancement and have fun!

We are currently looking for General Managers. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the management and the day-to-day activities of the restaurant. Other duties include, but not limited to;

• Store Sales and Customer Satisfaction – HAVE FUN!
• Administrative Duties (ordering, inventory, COGS management, etc.)
• Interviewing and Hiring – Always value the people behind the pizza.
• Training and Team Building; including performance reviews.
• Maintaining a “say yes” philosophy! – Take care of every guest!
• Embracing an entrepreneur spirit. Build your business through community involvement and business relationships.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work various shifts per week
• High school diploma or University degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
