Culver's Restaurant General Manager

Culver's of Stevensville is hiring for the General Manager position! Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all of the day to day operations of the restaurant. Including, but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, ordering, hiring, marketing and maintaining.
• Ensure shifts are ran efficiently and effectively by maintaining quality control with food and service
• All food safety procedures and requirements are met and upheld by team
• Learn and follow all Culver's procedures to ensure food times are met and standards are exceeded with customer service and food quality
• Guide team to ensure Crew Members are staying on task and putting the guest first
• Greets guests professionally, receives orders, processes payments, verifies accuracy of guest orders and responds appropriately to customer issues - strong customer service sills
• Cashier responsibilities - operates cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
• Prepares and packages food and drink products
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be committed to delivering exceptional guest service
• Must be willing to perform all restaurant tasks - cook, assist guests, drive thru, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have at least two years as AGM or GM of a high volume restaurant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
