Sales Manager Training Salary $60,000-$80,000 (bonus and commission opportunities after training!)

• Base salary plus bonuses (6-figure compensation plan!)

Schedule:

• No Late Nights! (work 7AM to 5PM or 8AM to 6PM)
• Rotate between Sunday/Wednesdays off or Tuesday/Wednesdays off

Job Description:

This position trains to assume a general retail store manager position. Our sales managers (GM’s) oversee a retail showroom with 4 to 6 sales specialists and observes their interactions with customers while coaching and developing the team. The sales manager also oversees local marketing initiatives, advises the sales team on customer service solutions, and develops strategies to meet KPI goals. Other important areas of focus include working with facilities teams to maintain the building, managing inventory procedures, and working with purchasing teams to improve margins. In short, the sales manager creates a fun environment where our customers get a better price and better service than at the big box stores!

Advancement opportunities:
