General Maintenance Worker
Job description
Shall have 4 years' experience in performing general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge of trades such as carpentry, masonry, minor concrete, plumbing, and drywall work. Work involves a variety of installation and maintenance repairs such as repairing walls, ceilings, installing floors and carpet tiles, hanging picture, signs and easer boards. Performs general maintenance and works with other trades as required. Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead and work from a kneeling position. The technician must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Pay: $34.47 per hour
