Responsibility:

• Operates and monitors pan line to ensure even flow of pans during production
• Ensures pan oilers are functioning properly in order to coat pan cups with pan oil.
• Monitor Vega lube barrel to ensure it is always full and ready for production
• Helps operator monitor pans to reduce double dough pieces in pans
• Properly operate the control panel ON/OFF and Safety switches.
• Keeps area clean and all barrels dumped.
• Follows all company GMP and quality management procedures to maintain high food safety and quality standards.
• All other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Ability to lift 10lb. pans throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to push and pull 220lb. pan carts several times throughout an 8-hour shift
