Your Challenge
As an Operations Technician, you will be reporting to the Production Supervisor. This fast-paced role allows the team member to grow and develop in different levels with the position while working in a team environment that focuses on warehouse support.

- Sleeve changes
- Back Tender
- Winder/unwinder
- Printer section
- Changing anvil blades
- Thrive in a fast paced, team environment that promotes on the spot troubleshooting
Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Safety training preferred
- Follow all safety guidelines and utilize all application PPE at all times
- Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintain positive attitude and co-operate with colleagues and management
- Ensure conformance to product specifications by completing all quality checks
- Work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
- Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts (either 6 days on, 2 off, OR 4 days on, 4 off); shifts will be primarily nights in the interim, with possibility of moving to days
