A little more about us:
Dr. Brown is one of only 1% of Colorado Dentists that are even capable of doing IV sedation. His level of expertise in neuromuscular dentistry, dental implants, and oral surgery is probably just as rare. As a team, we provide an experience for our patients that will WOW them in every way. We provide everything from a full-time patient concierge who utilizes a tour, gift, paraffin hand wax, blanket (weighted or not) etc... to noise cancelling headphones, TV's on the ceiling, oral and IV sedation and everything in between. We have grown and are growing at break-neck speeds and it's all by focusing on relationships (with our patients and our team members).

We truly care about our team. We know that we are only as good as each person on our team. So, we find only the best, then we care for them and invest heavily in them. We fly in consultants and trainers. We dedicate a lot of money to team experiences and building team culture. This would be a full-time, 4-days a week position. This new associate will be compensated very well according to what they are able to produce. With added compensation for high performers. We will give you access to the world's best dental practice consultant as well as access to Dr. Brown to help ensure your success. We are seeing a consistent 100k+ production/ month/doctor. (Dr. B produced $170+ alone last month). The practice is growing fast & most of our New Patients are referred to us from our existing happy patients!

As mentioned above, we offer ALL forms of dentistry and are considered the top dental expert in a tri-county area. New grads ARE welcome. IF you cannot place implants, remove impacted wisdom teeth, perform molar endo, sedate etc. etc. then, you must be confident in diagnosing and referring that to Dr. Brown. And we would love to have an individual that is aggressively interested in becoming proficient in these things.

Here's some info about our town:
Our community is a small mountain community that offers WAY more than another small community. We have a regional hospital and people drive from hours around to come here for shopping and medical services. Our awesome little town is full of affluent folks that have chosen a healthier lifestyle away from the city and to a mecca of outdoor activities instead. Our hospital has grown so quickly that we have had a huge influx of healthcare professionals and their families moving to the area and our housing can hardly keep up with it. The biggest employers are the hospital, Walmart, Sangre De Cristo Energy, & a Home Manufacturing Factory...but I would say that our community of wealthy ranchers/farmers and business owners/entrepreneurs is just as strong or stronger. For example Badfish Stand Up Paddle board company was founded here by my daughter's friends dad and now their paddle boards are sold worldwide and featured at REI. Because part of our economy is based in tourism (people coming up here to experience the incredible mountains and all the opportunities for recreation they afford), we have a lot of chef-owned restaurants & breweries. This along with a very active arts district and outdoor concerts/festivals creates a unique and vibrant night-life for such a small town. The schools rank in the highest in Colorado, which actually ranks pretty high nationally, and our elementary school was voted #1 in the state last year. Our community is active, positive, strong, unique and diverse. As far as recreational opportunities...well, I could literally write a 100 page essay on what we have right out our front door here and that is not an exaggeration. Everything from white water rafting, fishing, SUPing, kayaking, & swimming to hiking, trail-jogging, rock climbing, camping to mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding & ice climbing to hunting, ATVing, UTVing, snowmobiling & rock hunting. I can do ALL of these activities ranging from 5-25 minutes from my front door. This area isn't called the gateway to the Rockies for nothing!

Our office:
We currently have 3 hygienists, 3 assistants, 2 admin, 1 patient concierge and 1 marketer. Our slogan is 'Because There is a Better Way". Our team shows that. Smart, compassionate, empathetic, kind, drien and capable-- they are the most stellar team you will ever meet! our computer system is new (including our large capacity server). We have a CBCT, Digital numbing system, wave 1 endo system, state of the art implant and all on 4 system, digital intra-oral scanner (no more icky impressions!!) etc etc and we are ever evolving, changing and growing.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
