Blaze Pizza Managers is work in a fast-paced environment, where your responsibilities may include:
- Administrative duties including, balancing cash drawers, invoicing, food ordering, team scheduling, budget adherence.
- Helping to build the Blaze brand and culture by hiring and training new team members
- Food Safety and cleanliness standards
- Oversee a diverse team and help develop by coaching and giving direct feedback
- A team player who will jump in where needed and provide an fun, positive atmosphere
- Other duties assigned
