FUEL DISPATCHThis position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Answer incoming phones and direct to correct division
Be able to speak with customers at the front window (take orders, contact division supervisor)
Pick up any call if dispatch is busy and assist with product orders
Respond back to customers and sales inquiries
Check in driver’s paperwork (BOL validation)
Learn and handle duties of all dispatchers in their absence
Be able to handle the over flow
Other additional clerical duties (complete mileage reports, export dispatch, filing
