Proud to be a 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP), The Tradesmen Group, LLC is seeking a landscaper/gardener for full-time employment for company-owned properties in the Plain City, Marysville, and Raymond Ohio area.

Job duties will maintain and care for all aspects of turf and landscaping including trees, shrubs, perennials, flowering annuals, planting, mowing, core aeration, mulching, edging, pruning, seeding, sodding, leaf removal and disposal, snow removal and maintaining a garden, etc

Other job duties will include or require:

• Complete pesticide applications that may include (e.g., insecticide, fungicide, and herbicide) applications as needed to maintain the health of plants
• Working knowledge of lawn care equipment and tools
• Must be able to drive a truck and pull a trailer
• Travel between multiple locations within an hour of each other
• 5 Year Landscape experience
• Valid Drivers License
