Job Purpose:

The Funding Administrator is responsible for helping with the day to day operations in the funding department. Including running various reports, matching correct codes to each fund, and assisting the funding manager.

Principle Duties:

  • Checking for fundable accounts by running various aging reports.
  • Processing the rewritten contracts and distributing them to the appropriate location.
  • Changing and maintaining pledge codes and collector codes to correlate with each funding.
  • Entering notes into our system of the accounts that were accepted and rejected by the funding agents.
  • Sending letters to notify our owners/members that we have transferred their installment note to a funding agent.
  • Ensuring all payments received on accounts that have been transferred are forwarded to the funding agent in a timely manner.
  • Preparing quarterly funding analysis charts to determine the funding status of our in-house accounts.
  • Organizing all funding's and following through with every detail until the requirements and expectations are met.
  • Check and verify loan payment accounts
  • Run pender payments/update and receive payments in TSW
  • Sending letters to notify owners of missed pender payments
  • Receive all contract files from sites into TSW
  • Check contract files to make sure all documents are properly signed, witnessed, dated and notarized where appropriate
  • Get contract files properly prepared for funding
  • Scan all files into Smart Search
  • Email sites with any errors
  • Process cancellations and issue refunds
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional math skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Time management skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to create worksheets proficiently in Excel a must
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Strong team player with strong customer service focus
  • Timeshare Ware a plus

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Previous experience in the timeshare industry a plus

Possess exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
