FULL TIME SITE ASSISTANT

(SHIFT WORKING PATTERN)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a full time Site Assistant at The Latymer School, required as soon as possible. You should be highly organised with good interpersonal skills and previous experience of working in a similar role or setting.

Working as a Site Assistant you will play a very important role in providing site services to support the teaching and learning of the school and includes working with the community via school lettings. You will plays an essential part in the smooth running of the school site. Previous experience of working within the school environment is ideal but is not essential.

Duties will include maintenance, security, porterage, cleaning and manual handling.

Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, along with good communication skills are an important part of this role.

Working Hours: 36 hours per week - shift working pattern to include weekends and evenings. Shift patterns will rotate between the hours of 6am to 10pm during the week, and 8am to 5pm over the weekend on a rota basis.

Actual salary £23,400 (Scale 4) plus 12.5% allowance (£2,925) for unsocial hours.
