VCA Noah's Ark Animal Hospital in beautiful Goleta, CA is seeking a Full-Time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! We are dedicated to delivering high quality patient care to companion and exotic pets in Santa Barbara County. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to help complete our healthcare team!

Your mission is to provide an excellent client experience and deliver exceptional patient care. You’ve worked hard for your credentials and we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

• Physical examinations and patient assessment
• Anesthesia monitoring
• Surgical preparation and assisting
• Laboratory work
• Venipuncture, IV catheter placement, IV fluid therapy
• Catheter placement
• Pharmacy
• Patient recovery
• All aspects of patient care
• Animal handling and restraint
• IM, IV,SQ injections
• Dental cleanings/dental radiography
• Digital radiography
• Nursing care/hospitalization treatments
• Client communication
