Our amazing GSRP teaching staff members:

• love being part of our private program for a portion of the week, creating strong transitions between programs.
• enjoy a much lower teacher to child ratio so building relationships and individualized teaching is possible.

• are open to mentoring by our onsite GSRP mentor who works alongside our GSRP team to help them learn, grow and back them up when they need an extra hand.

GSRP lead teacher must have a BA in Early Childhood or an Education Degree with a ZA/ZS endorsement OR be able to demonstrate a path to the required degree within 3 years.

GSRP assistant teacher must have a CDA or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood OR be able to demonstrate a path the the required degree within 3 years.
