FULL TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS BEFORE RESPONDING

FAST PACED pediatric clinic open 7 days a week in search of a FULL TIME medical receptionist. Approximately 32-40 hours per week.

POSITION INCLUDES: day/evening, weekends and holiday rotation with other staff.

Applicant must be available for any and all possible clinic shifts

Clinic hours are:
Sundays: 10:45am to close (varies due to patient load)
Weekdays: 7:15am-close(varies due to patient load) -may include opening/mid morning/evening shifts
Saturdays: 8:45am to 5:00pm

Training may require additional hours.
Hours may decrease somewhat in Spring/Summer months based on clinic and physician schedules.

Pay: From $17.85 an hour

Requirements:

*Compliant with Oregon Health Authority rule regarding vaccination requirements
*Customer Service experience required.
*Position requires flexibility to cover co-worker days off and/or vacation days.
*The ideal candidate must be dependable, punctual, friendly, and have a professional appearance/demeanor.
*Neat and legible handwriting required.
*Must be able to work as a team member as well as independently.
* **Mandatory drug screen and background check upon job offer**

Duties include but, are not limited to:
*Answering 10 line phone system*Appointment scheduling*Patient check in/out
*Collecting money* Answering and sending emails*Filing*Reminder calls
*Data entry*Medical records*Scanning*Operator duties*Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
*Position requires sitting and standing for long periods of time. May be required to work outdoors for vaccine clinics.
