Rancho Storage center is one of the premiere self-storage operators in Washington. We deliver quality storage solutions for commercial and residential tenants.

We are looking to add a full time Maintenance Associate to our team who is responsible, respectful, self-motivated and a team player.

Maintenance responsibilities include:

− Monitor the physical condition of the facility, report maintenance requirements to the Manager

− Ensure company standards of cleanliness and appearance are met or exceeded in offices, restrooms, exterior areas, company units, hallways, drive aisles, etc.

− Perform janitorial duties

− Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment

− Perform minor repairs to items such as gates, fences, doors, gutters, landscape

− Clean vacated units on a timely basis

− Inspect units to make sure they are ready to rent

− Make sure the facility has sufficient supplies on hand to conduct job duties

− Performs other duties as assigned, works with minimal supervision.

− May require emergency or weekend work at times

Qualifications:

− Highly self-motivated and able to work independently

− High moral character and integrity

− Basic computer and math skills

− Technologically literate

− Organizational skills

− Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance for company errands

Schedule is Monday - Friday

This will never be a boring job. Every day will be different and present different challenges.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
