The Caregiver Lead must be an experienced Caregiver and a leader to help support client care and other Caregivers/Home Care Aides in the field.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Caring for elderly or ill clients
• Light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and running errands, companionship, and assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming. Other Caregiver tasks as needed.

Caregiver Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a Caregiver/Home Care Aide in homes or facilities.
• Current HCA + TB test, not required upon hire.
• COVID-19 Vaccination recommended, but NOT required.
• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate, preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
