MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Working within our Beauty counters at Heathrow Airport Duty Free in a fast paced exciting environment. To take responsibility for and contribute to the efficient and effective running of the CHANEL account, promoting business objectives as appropriate and actively working towards achievement of personal and team targets, providing excellent customer service at all times.

1. Customer Service and Selling/Delivery of Beauty Services
2. Technical Skills and Administration
3. Personal Effectiveness, Motivation and Presentation
4. Teamwork, Communication and Relationships
5. Although comprehensive the job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business and as requested by the Account Manager, the Retail Development Manager, Regional Retail Development Manager or other CHANEL Management.
Languages - Preferred but not essential
Please note that to work in a secure Airport environment you must obtain an airside security pass prior to starting employment with CHANEL. This will require background security checks including if required an overseas criminal record check in addition to 5 years worth of satisfactory referencing.
This role requires shift work on a 4 days on 2 off rotating basis. This includes a mixture of early morning starts and late night finishes.
