We are offering full time care assistant roles for a £25k annual salary providing a guaranteed income throughout the year, an opportunity for overtime (only if desired), paid travel and waiting time, 28 days’ paid annual leave, company pension contribution, a benefits scheme and cash rewards when you help a new client or CAREGiver join Home Instead.

Being a Home Instead CAREGiver is about so much more than supporting clients to shower and take their medication, although this is important, essential and highly valued. It is also about building kind and caring relationships enabling our clients to take as much enjoyment and pleasure from their older years as possible, all in the comfort of the familiar surroundings of their own home and local community.

Because we offer a minimum of 1 hour visits and exceptional levels of continuity of care, our Care Assistants have time and are well placed to provide exceptional, life changing and truly person centred, unhurried care to clients. This is where true job satisfaction is found!

No qualifications or previous experience required as we provide full training, on-going support and professional development opportunities.

You will need to be a car driver with access to your own vehicle

We do require our care professionals to work alternate weekends
