Your Impact as Full Stack Developer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications which consume and process large volumes of data in the identity and access management space.
- Participate in design sessions and in development of roadmaps
- Strong desire to learn and understand identity and access management concepts
- Maintain a strong learning aptitude and ability to learn new technologies independently
- Keep documentation accurate with environment change
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well as customers
Required Skills:
- Experience in developing applications which consume a large volume of data through direct integrations is a must. Preferably identity and access entitlement data.
- Understanding (or willingness to learn) how various platforms (Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, etc.) organize their internal identity and entitlement data
- Background in programming, networking, and OS. Experience in development, tooling, operations, and support for production java web applications
- Experience in the full lifecycle of application development includes understanding of CI/CD, application test cases and performance testing
- Java Application Development. Familiarity with java (v15), Spring and Maven
- Comfortable with light threading and alternative asynchronous frameworks / methodologies
- To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 5+ years of related work experience
- Familiarity with the following libraries is nice to have
- Apache Camel
- Experience with FrontEnd development. Familiarity with typescript & javascript, Angular, html & CSS. Experience in debugging front-end issues using browser development tools. Experience with third party angular component libraries (primeng experience is a plus)
- Strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with SQL DDL, DQL, and DML
- Should be comfortable with CTEs and advanced SQL querying
- Familiarity with BPMN (business process markup notation) is a plus
- Cloud environments
- Knowledge of Azure / Azure Dev Ops is a plus
- Understanding of LDAP filtering
- Networking
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong understanding of REST / json-rpc type API design and usage
- Basic understanding of Oauth2 / OpenID Connect (specific experience with Okta a plus)
- Experience with architectural decisions on backend and library choices for custom applications is a plus
- Understanding of Sailpoint IdentityNow is a plus.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
