POSITION: Full-time – Full Cycle HR

( Minimum of 40 hours/week )

Human Resources Specialists are responsible for welcoming and onboarding new employees, as well as managing employee records and relations for their company. They’re vital members of the HR team, and touch virtually every employee with what they do.

We are looking for:

Someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and motivated. Someone who has a strong work ethic, confident, comforting in their communication with others, and can work with little to no supervision. This position requires great people and communication skills and a knack for balancing multiple tasks and projects at once. Working as an HR Specialist and daily assisting employees can be very rewarding.

The ideal and highly preferred candidate is a FULL CYCLE:

Human Resource specialist that has knowledge and exposure with business strategy, HR strategy, organizational design, job & team design, HR planning, vision & culture, recruitment & selection, onboarding & induction, assessment & appraisal, training & development, engagement & reward, career management, and exit.

  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Perform 30,60,90 days and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition process by: job postings, job fair support, interview scheduling, review of offer letters, administration of background checks, and onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Help maintain and improve the culture of the company by taking care of employees’ needs
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Solving hard problems requires highly talented people and we compensate appropriately
  • Execute the strategic recruitment plan
  • Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages
  • Handle new hires’ onboarding
  • Set hiring goals including timeframes and deliverables

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Experience in different Freelancing/VA Job boards: Upwork, Indeed, Onlinejobsph, and Linkedin recruiter.
  • Experience working in a startup company.
  • Experience working in a remote company.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training employees.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition (including full-life cycle recruiting) and/or Training
  • Experience in handling multiple job openings
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Gmail is necessary
  • Adaptability skills-the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events .
  • Must have a LinkedIn profile
  • Must have a dedicated Workstation, Noise Cancelling Headset, and a good working camera.

System requirements :

  • Minimum of 10mbps or higher
  • Minimum of i5 processor laptop or desktop
  • Minimum of 16gb Ram
  • Minimum of 512 gb HDD or SSD
  • Headset with noise cancelation
  • Home-office setup with a quiet location
  • To ensure the security of our firm, we can only consider candidates who have a Windows operating machine. Having Windows Pro would be a significant advantage. Departamental Working Hours:

In our firm, the minimum requirement and non-negotiable is 40 hours a week, which may include possible weekend shifts, mandatory meetings, training, and events with staff and clients. During tax season, high fluctuation of hours (50 – 60 hours) is expected and you may be called upon to assist other teams when needed.
