Our company is looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of various client's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

The successful candidate should be willing to learn, or already know basic tax preparation and should be QuickBooks and tax software savy.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Prepare payroll, including all deductions and withholdings.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Maintain office filing system, including electronic files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
