The Opportunity
The Team Lead will assist the Area Manager to coordinate several tasks and activities of team members in fulfillment processes. These tasks and activities will include pulling reports to monitor team member's performance; provide coaching to team members to improve productivity, quality, and safety outputs; support and communicate development plans, procedures, and company values to provide a supportive and productive working environment; adjust work assignments of team members and perform those job tasks. The Team Lead should also be able to exceed safety, quality, and production standards to provide coaching in areas to team members.

Your Impact
- Assist the Area Manager in setting up the daily/weekly job assignments of the team members and facilitate the movement of team members throughout their shift to meet business needs.
- Communicate with the Area Manager regarding activities that are occurring within their department.
- Make recommendations to the Area Manager on operational deficiencies to improve processes or operational flow.
- Ensure company procedures are being followed throughout the building by team members.
- Provide team member feedback through coaching and on-the-job training.
- Provide information on team member performance to Area Manager to help in the aid of evaluation and action.
What You Bring

- Microsoft Office experience concentrated on Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
