Overview:
Summary: The FTR Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and training support for all components of the self-perform crews. The FTR Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager and Director of Construction in continuous improvement of processes for the self-perform teams.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide frontline Safety observation and coaching to the Civil Self perform team.- Review daily JHA's and participate in daily safety briefings.
- Assist in the development of new processes. Helping to draft SOP's in both English and Spanish.
- Deliver training of all aspects to the self-perform crews. With a primary focus on a safety-first mindset
- Possess a strong understanding of daily objectives and milestones.
- Track performance of the self-perform teams.
- Ability to process documents and collaborate efforts of the team using MS Office platform.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Senior Management team.
- Work with the operations team and site leadership to coordinate orientations and training.
- Identify staffing needs of the self-perform teams.
- Identify areas of for improvement and development of the Civil Self Perform.
- Assist in tracking equipment and material of the self-perform team.
- Analyze project performance and suggest additional training needs.
- Assist in delivery of safety orientations (Translate).
- Assist in rollout of new programs within the department.
- Assist in the administration of the BBO (Behavior Based Observations) Program
- Assist with special projects.Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Director of Construction.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be bilingual.
- Must have experience in Mechanical & Civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in construction environment +
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel +
- Must have ability to communicate clearly.
- Must possess strong computer skills.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
