What does an FSOP Sales Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Full Service On-Premise (FSOP) Sales Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the development, application, and execution of sales plans and goals designed to increase sales, profits and market share in your assigned territory in On-Premise. You will also train and supervise sales leaders and sales personnel within the assigned area.
To be successful in this role, you must be a leader of leaders and possess outstanding sales experience, well developed value-based and solution-based selling skills, honed customer service skill, a deep intellectual curiosity, and a passion for innovative business solutions in a variety of settings. We value leaders who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. Dedication to growing the business, delivering results and facilitating deep connections between our clients and our internal team is a must. This position reports directly to the Division Manager for On Premise.

Responsibilities include:
  • Effectively training, supervising and motivating sales leaders and sales staff to insure optimal performance.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of budget, sales, profit, pricing and marketing share goals.
  • Track and report progress to ensure that programs are being executed and goals are achieved.
  • Provide a feedback loop to the department team and FSOP Division Manager on marketplace conditions (includes competition, channel plans, pricing, architecture)
  • Understand P&L management and forecasting
  • Doing all of the above while spending 90% of his/her time in the field training employees
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 + years of successful goal achieving /exceeding outside sales experience required
  • 3 + years supervising a team.
  • Strong presentation skills.
Base pay range is $75,475 to $94,344 plus bonus structure. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
