Position: Front Office Medical Receptionist
Location: Hacienda Heights (Colima Road/Azusa Avenue)
Job Type: Full time or Part time

The ideal candidate will assist the clinical staff by performing a variety of office-related tasks.

Core Job Duties (but not limited to):

• Greet and check-in patients
• Ensure patient information is correct.
• Collect appropriate fees and medical billing
• Handle telephone calls regarding patient accounts.
• Provide information about available services provided by the clinic.

Qualifications:
* Bilingual in Chinese and English
* Required Education: High school Diploma

Requirements:

• Provide the highest quality of Customer Service
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• Reliable Transportation
