Procopio is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to add to our team in our Silicon Valley (Palo Alto) Office. This person will serve as the first point of contact for clients and plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional image for the Firm. They are responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with Firm events, ensuring the office is fully stocked and orderly, and other administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the Firm.

Our best candidates have a high level of customer service focus, are personable and professional over the phone, and are able to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and complete projects with minimum direction. Candidates should have 2+ years of receptionist experience at a law firm or professional office, have Microsoft Office experience, and be comfortable working copiers, scanners, postage meters, and meeting room technology. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.

The team in this office works closely together; a courteous, professional, and team-oriented approach is essential for success. If you consider yourself skilled at handling a high volume of work with a customer service orientation and you have the skills and experience described above, we’d love to hear from you. Typical pay range is from $55,000 – $65,000 annual depending on experience.
