MISSION

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience while providing competent and compassionate care to every patient. The Front Office Coordinator is fluid and versatile with progressively increasing responsibilities including helping direct efficiencies and maintaining high standards for EMR documentation.

  • Able to screen and document patient, employee, and visitor temperature, along with documenting answers to current COVID-19 screening questions, while championing all COVID-19 guidelines and protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical front office experience
  • Experience in a high volume clinical setting
  • Knowledge of Eclinical Works (eCW) and Radix
  • Knowledge of urology or urogynecology experience
  • Current CMA certification
