About the Job
We are seeking a responsible, personable, organized individual with excellent attention to detail who works well on assignments with multiple team members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
  • Answering multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages.
  • Manage client sign-in sheets.
  • Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
  • Handle filing and data entry as requested.
  • Scheduling patients as needed or requested.
  • Assist clinical staff with admin duties.
  • Supply management and correspondence.
  • Ensures the effectiveness of the clinic operations and maintains a professional appearance and environment.
  • Assist with new patient referrals.

Desired Skills:
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors, staff and external customers.
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality.
  • Medical terminology. (preferred but not required)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills: MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
