One Stop Mini Storage is a small business in Camas, WA. We are professional, customer-centric, autonomous and our goal is to do everything we can to help each other succeed and help the storage facility run as smoothly as possible. This is a part-time (14 hours per week) position and requires availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to lead and assist customers with their Storage and U-Haul needs. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for Regular communication with manager and customers, clerical duty's around office, processing U-Haul transactions and storage unit tasks; the right candidate will have a proven record of quick and accurate problem solving abilities. Prior experience customer service is strongly desired. U-Haul experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and complaints.
• Solve customer problems.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Rent out U-Hauls and Storage Units.
• Maintain storage facility.
• Deal with difficult customers.

Description of tasks:

• Answer phone and provide call-backs
• Clerical duties such as documenting transactions and filing documents
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and very basic Excel
• Learn computer programs used to run storage facility and rent U-Hauls
• Park and Clean U-Haul Trucks
• Cover unscheduled shifts on short notice.
• Restocking retail items
• Performing daily “walk” arounds (we have a golf cart)

Fridays and Saturdays only, with oportunity for extra hours when needed
