How do I make an impact on my team? Our friendly Front Desk Supervisors establish a positive work environment, provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests and team members.
  • Supervise a dedicated front desk team
  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
  • Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests’ needs
  • Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the property brand
  • Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests
  • Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing
  • Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
