Amazing Lash Studio Bella Terra is accepting applications for Part-Time Front Desk Sales Associate. We are looking for a dependable individual who is great at making phone calls, generating service appointments, selling memberships and retail products, and maintaining clients relationship.

- Must have experience working with a team and by themselves.
- Must be able to multitask but still able to maintain high quality work.
- Love cleaning and organizing.
- Excel in selling (upsell, cross-sell, or events promotion, meet sales quota).
- Have flexible availability to work AM and PM, weekdays and weekends. (weekends are required)
- Have a positive, fun, and bubbly personality.
- Have at least 1+years of customer service & 1+ years of sales.
- Be able to handle difficult clients, complaints, and unpredictable situations at work.
- Feel comfortable and confident in dealing with money and recovering money that is owed from clients.
- You are hardworking, consistent, friendly, and patient.
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills (salon software is a plus but not required).
- Be able to work under pressure.
