Zama Massage is a family owned and operated business established in Portland, Oregon. We have been in business since 2002 and have 4.5-5 stars across the board from Yelp, Google and we are found at the top of google searches for Spa, Deep Tissue and Massage. We are best known for our phenomenal massage services. We have received Best of Portland for Best Massage Portland several times as well as Best Spa. Zama is the #1 spa for Couples Services with the largest variety of couples spa treatments in Portland. We also offer the only Halotherapy Salt Caves in Oregon!

We are looking for qualified full-time and part-time spa concierge! We are a strong team that values our employees and rewards our staff through generous compensation and on-going incentives.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Experience working in a spa environment or in a customer service environment
Must have flexible availability!
Well organized, good at multitasking, quick at problem solving
Passion for customer service, strong affinity for helping clients feel better
Enthusiastic, team player, flexible and eye for the bigger picture
Professional appearance and clear communication skills

Key Competencies:
Maximize spa bookings
Clear customer communications, both written and verbal
Quick learner
Punctual
Provide detailed reports, project organization and task lists
Courteous, warm and friendly at all times with guests and staff
Accurate money counting and processing skills
