We are looking to for Front Desk Customer Service Representative.

As an Auto Body & Service repair shop we are here to help people when they get into a car accident or have a vehicle break down. Everyone knows how unpleasant these situations can be so being treated in a friendly & honest manner is of upmost importance to us. Job Duties: Answering phones, greeting & helping customers, collecting customer information, cashing out & billing customers, documenting all transactions with all parties involved in repair, communication with staff about customer needs, working with all parties to facilitate auto repairs.

Qualifications: A friendly & helpful personality with a good attitude, ability to multitask, customer service experience, ability to work under stressful conditions, ability to work with others closely, any experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required to apply, retail or restaurant experience is a plus. Must be responsible, punctual and reliable. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend work. Must be very organized, focused and results oriented. Must know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
