We’re looking for an enthusiastic, interactive front desk receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. You will be directing the flow of the office, which could include greeting a patient, answering a phone call, and directing a doctor to an examination room all at the same time. Compensation:

$20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the operational flow of a busy, multi-doctor office
  • Create memorable impressions with patients when they arrive at the front desk
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing, etc.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Communicate with all of the staff to make sure everything is timely and prepared
  • Consult with patients to convey the value of our care

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • People person and can make anybody feel at ease
  • Ability to think on your think your feet
  • Tech savvy
  • Display impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
