Receptionist
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are currently looking for a Receptionist whose duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.
Job Description
- Greets customers, clients, and visitors
- Determines visitor’s name and reason for a visit then directs individual to appropriate offices or individuals
- May operate telephone switchboard
- Make appointments
- Perform other clerical duties such as sorting and processing mail and filing paperwork.
