REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel

  • Administrative/Customer Service experience

JOB TASKS:

  • Provide excellent and professional customer service to clients via phone and in-person
  • Maintain client confidentiality when speaking with clients, Financial Advisors, outside investment companies, etc.
  • Keep detailed notes of client contact, FA instruction, and follow ups on assigned tasks
  • Schedule client and prospect appointments, update calendars, confirm scheduled appointments, and track incoming prospects/sources
  • Comply with and learn all Bison/Ameriprise Financial procedures and policies
  • Communicate promptly with Client Service Manager or Operations Manager regarding mistakes and potential problems

JOB SPECS:

  • 40 hours/week
  • Salaried (paid bi-monthly on 16th and last day of month)
  • Monday-Friday
  • Opening/Closing responsibilities
  • PTO and Paid Holidays
