Job Summary
High quality, non HMO family dental practice seeks temporary EXPERIENCED full time front desk manager for small office. Looking for a hardworking, detail oriented, and dependable individual with excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities and Duties
Administer the day-to-day activities of the business including scheduling and recall/recare system, maintaining patient records, presentation of financial treatment plan options, all aspects of insurance processing, and accounts receivable and billing management
Qualifications and Skills
Applicant MUST have:
- Minimum three years Dental Office experience
- Dental software skills, preferably Softdent
- Patient scheduling and processing experience
- Working knowledge of all aspects of dental insurance
- Detailed oriented
