Job Summary

Downtown high-rise in Austin, TX is looking to hire a front-desk concierge. The concierge will be the visible point person for the high-rise and are there to be available to guests/residents at all times. They may be considered to be upscale, high-end information desk employees. The Concierge performs other services for residents, which may involve tasks such as receiving packages, coordinating resident requests, and facilitating secured entry point access.

Location & Hours: This position is located in Downtown Austin, TX at a high-rise condominium. This will be a Part-Time position. Candidate must be able to work day shift (7:45am-4:15pm), holidays, evening and night shifts (if needed), and weekends.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Welcomes guests/new customers to facility.
• Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of facility's mission.
• Creates a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Professional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Friendly demeanor.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
