We are looking for an experienced front desk clerk to join our team at La Quinta Inn Oak Creek/Milwaukee Airport. Hiring ASAP!!

Responsibilities:

• Check in and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone reservations and online reservations
• Respond to all guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Collect payment from guests
• Update daily records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
• Other duties assigned by General Manager

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
• Strong ability to work independently
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
